About this gene: NECAP1 encodes a protein containing two characteristic WXXF motifs. The NECAP1 protein localizes to clathrin-coated vesicles, where it binds components of the adapter protein complexes and aids in endocytosis. Loss of function of NECAP1 leads to early infantile epileptic encephalopathy-21.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
