SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFV3 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit V3, also called CI-9kD) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFV3 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit V3
Also known as: CI-10k, CI-9KD
About this gene: The NDUFV3 protein is one of at least forty-one subunits that make up the NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase complex. The NDUFV3 protein is one of three proteins found in the flavoprotein fraction of the complex. The specific function of the NDUFV3 protein is unknown.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4731; HGNC ID: HGNC:7719; UniProt: P56181; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021075.4; Chromosome location: 21q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
