SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFS7 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase core subunit S7, also called CI-20kD) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFS7 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase core subunit S7
Also known as: CI-20, CI-20KD, MC1DN3, MY017, PSST
About this gene: NDUFS7 encodes a protein that is a subunit of one of the complexes that forms the mitochondrial respiratory chain. The NDUFS7 protein is one of over 40 subunits found in complex I, the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide:ubiquinone oxidoreductase. This complex functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain, and ubiquinone is believed to be the immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 374291; HGNC ID: HGNC:7714; UniProt: O75251; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024407.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
