SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFC2 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit C2, also called CI-B14.5b) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFC2 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit C2
Also known as: B14.5b, CI-B14.5b, HLC-1, MC1DN36, NADHDH2
About this gene: NDUFC2 is predicted to enable NADH dehydrogenase activity. It is involved in mitochondrial respiratory chain complex I assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4718; HGNC ID: HGNC:7706; UniProt: O95298; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004549.6; Chromosome location: 11q14.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
