SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFC1 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit C1, also called CI-KFYI) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFC1 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit C1
Also known as: KFYI
About this gene: The NDUFC1 protein is a subunit of the NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase, the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain located in the inner mitochondrial membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4717; HGNC ID: HGNC:7705; UniProt: O43677; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001184989.2; Chromosome location: 4q31.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
