SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFB4 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B4, also called CI-B15) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFB4 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B4
Also known as: B15, CI-B15
About this gene: NDUFB4 encodes a non-catalytic subunit of the multisubunit NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase, the first enzyme complex in the mitochondrial electron transport chain. Mammalian complex I is composed of 45 different subunits and transfers electrons from NADH to ubiquinone.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4710; HGNC ID: HGNC:7699; UniProt: O95168; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004547.6; Chromosome location: 3q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
