SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFB3 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B3, also called CI-B12) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFB3 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B3
Also known as: B12, CI-B12, MC1DN25
About this gene: NDUFB3 encodes a accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase which is the first enzyme in the electron transport chain of mitochondria. The NDUFB3 protein localizes to the inner membrane of the mitochondrion as a single-pass membrane protein. Mutations in NDUFB3 contribute to mitochondrial complex 1 deficiency.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4709; HGNC ID: HGNC:7698; UniProt: O43676; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002491.3; Chromosome location: 2q33.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
