SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFB2 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B2, also called CI-AGGG) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFB2 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B2
Also known as: AGGG, CI-AGGG
About this gene: The NDUFB2 protein is a subunit of the multisubunit NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase. Mammalian complex I is composed of 45 different subunits. The NDUFB2 protein has NADH dehydrogenase activity and oxidoreductase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4708; HGNC ID: HGNC:7697; UniProt: O95178; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004546.3; Chromosome location: 7q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
