SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFB10 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B10, also called CI-PDSW) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFB10 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B10
Also known as: MC1DN35, PDSW
About this gene: NDUFB10 is predicted to enable NADH dehydrogenase activity. It is predicted to be involved in mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone and proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4716; HGNC ID: HGNC:7696; UniProt: O96000; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004548.3; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
