SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFA9 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit A9, also called CI-39kD) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFA9 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit A9
Also known as: CC6, CI-39k, CI39k, COQ11, MC1DN26, NDUFS2L, SDR22E1
About this gene: The NDUFA9 protein is a subunit of the hydrophobic protein fraction of the NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase, the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain located in the inner mitochondrial membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4704; HGNC ID: HGNC:7693; UniProt: Q16795; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005002.5; Chromosome location: 12p13.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
