SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFA8 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit A8, also called CI-19kD) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFA8 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit A8
Also known as: CI-19KD, CI-PGIV, MC1DN37, PGIV
About this gene: The NDUFA8 protein belongs to the complex I 19 kDa subunit family. Mammalian complex I is composed of 45 different subunits. The NDUFA8 protein has NADH dehydrogenase activity and oxidoreductase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4702; HGNC ID: HGNC:7692; UniProt: P51970; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014222.3; Chromosome location: 9q33.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
