SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFA7 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit A7, also called CI-B14.5a) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFA7 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit A7
Also known as: B14.5a, CI-B14.5a
About this gene: NDUFA7 encodes a subunit of NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase, which is a multiprotein complex located in the inner mitochondrial membrane. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4701; HGNC ID: HGNC:7691; UniProt: O95182; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005001.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
