SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFA6 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit A6, also called CI-B14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFA6 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit A6
Also known as: B14, CI-B14, LYRM6, MC1DN33, NADHB14
About this gene: NDUFA6 belongs to the LYR family of proteins that contain a highly conserved tripeptide motif near the N-terminus. The NDUFA6 protein is an accessory subunit of NADH: ubiquinone oxidorerductase, which is the largest enzyme of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain. Complex I functions in electron transfer from NADH to the respiratory chain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4700; HGNC ID: HGNC:7690; UniProt: P56556; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002490.6; Chromosome location: 22q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
