SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFA5 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit A5, also called CI-13kD-B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFA5 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit A5
Also known as: B13, CI-13KD-B, CI-13kB, NUFM, UQOR13
About this gene: This nuclear gene encodes a conserved protein that comprises the B13 subunit of complex I of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. The NDUFA5 protein localizes to the inner mitochondrial membrane, where it is believed to aid in the transfer of electrons from NADH to ubiquinone.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4698; HGNC ID: HGNC:7688; UniProt: Q16718; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005000.5; Chromosome location: 7q31.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
