Human NDUFA10 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit A10

Also known as: CI-42KD, CI-42k, MC1DN22

About this gene: The NDUFA10 protein is a component of 42 kDa complex I, the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain of mitochondria. The NDUFA10 protein has NADH dehydrogenase activity and oxidoreductase activity. The NDUFA10 gene product transfers electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4705; HGNC ID: HGNC:7684; UniProt: O95299; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004544.4; Chromosome location: 2q37.3

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
