About this gene: NDST2 belongs to the N-deacetylase/N-sulfotransferase subfamily of the sulfotransferase 1 proteins. The encoded enzyme has dual functions in processing glucosamine and heparin polymers, including N-deacetylation and N-sulfation. The NDST2 protein may be localized to the Golgi.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
