Human NDST1 qPCR Primer Set – N-deacetylase and N-sulfotransferase 1
Also known as: HSST, MRT46, NST1
About this gene: NDST1 belongs to the heparan sulfate/heparin GlcNAc N-deacetylase/ N-sulfotransferase family. The encoded enzyme is a type II transmembrane protein that resides in the Golgi apparatus. The NDST1 protein catalyzes the transfer of sulfate from 3'-phosphoadenosine 5'-phosphosulfate to nitrogen of glucosamine in heparan sulfate.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3340; HGNC ID: HGNC:7680; UniProt: P52848; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001543.5; Chromosome location: 5q33.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
