About this gene: NDRG4 belongs to the N-myc downregulated gene family which belongs to the alpha/beta hydrolase superfamily. The NDRG4 protein is a cytoplasmic protein that is required for cell cycle progression and survival in primary astrocytes and may be involved in the regulation of mitogenic signalling in vascular smooth muscles cells.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
