About this gene: This intronless gene is located in the Prader-Willi syndrome deletion region. The NDN gene product is an imprinted gene and is expressed exclusively from the paternal allele. Studies in mouse suggest that the protein encoded by NDN may suppress growth in postmitotic neurons.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
