SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDE1 (nudE neurodevelopment protein 1, also called NudE) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDE1 qPCR Primer Set – nudE neurodevelopment protein 1
Also known as: HOM-TES-87, LIS4, MHAC, NDE, NUDE, NUDE1
About this gene: NDE1 belongs to the nuclear distribution E family of proteins. The NDE1 protein plays an essential role in microtubule organization, mitosis and neuronal migration. Mutations in NDE1 cause lissencephaly 4, a disorder characterized by lissencephaly, severe brain atrophy, microcephaly, and severe cognitive disability.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54820; HGNC ID: HGNC:17619; UniProt: Q9NXR1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017668.3; Chromosome location: 16p13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
