SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NCR2 (natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 2, also called NKp44) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NCR2 qPCR Primer Set – natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 2
Also known as: CD336, LY95, NK-p44, NKP44, dJ149M18.1
About this gene: NCR2 is predicted to enable signaling receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in cellular defense response and signal transduction. Predicted to be active in cell surface.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9436; HGNC ID: HGNC:6732; UniProt: O95944; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004828.4; Chromosome location: 6p21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
