SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TGS1 (trimethylguanosine synthase 1, also called PIMT) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TGS1 qPCR Primer Set – trimethylguanosine synthase 1
Also known as: NCOA6IP, PIMT, PIPMT
About this gene: TGS1 enables RNA cap trimethylguanosine synthase activity. It is involved in 7-methylguanosine cap hypermethylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 96764; HGNC ID: HGNC:17843; UniProt: Q96RS0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024831.8; Chromosome location: 8q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
