SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NCOA6 (nuclear receptor coactivator 6, also called PRIP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NCOA6 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor coactivator 6
Also known as: AIB3, ASC2, NRC, PRIP, RAP250, TRBP
About this gene: The NCOA6 protein is a transcriptional coactivator that can interact with nuclear hormone receptors to enhance their transcriptional activator functions. The NCOA6 protein is reported to be involved in the hormone-dependent coactivation of multiple receptors, including prostanoid, retinoid, vitamin D3, thyroid hormone, and steroid receptors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23054; HGNC ID: HGNC:15936; UniProt: Q14686; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014071.5; Chromosome location: 20q11.22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
