About this gene: The NCOA3 protein is a nuclear receptor coactivator that interacts with nuclear hormone receptors to enhance their transcriptional activator functions. In addition, a polymorphic repeat region is found in the C-terminus of the NCOA3 protein.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
