SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NCOA2 (nuclear receptor coactivator 2, also called bHLHe75) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NCOA2 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor coactivator 2
Also known as: GRIP1, KAT13C, NCoA-2, SRC-2, SRC2, TIF2, bHLHe75
About this gene: The NCOA2 protein acts as a transcriptional coactivator for nuclear hormone receptors, including steroid, thyroid, retinoid, and vitamin D receptors. The NCOA2 protein acts as an intermediary factor for the ligand-dependent activity of these nuclear receptors, which regulate their target genes upon binding of cognate response elements. NCOA2 has been found to be involved in translocations that result in fusions with other genes in various cancers, including the lysine acetyltransferase 6A gene in acute myeloid leukemia, the ETS variant 6 gene in acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10499; HGNC ID: HGNC:7669; UniProt: Q15596; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006540.4; Chromosome location: 8q13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
