SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NCOA1 (nuclear receptor coactivator 1, also called RIP160) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NCOA1 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor coactivator 1
Also known as: F-SRC-1, KAT13A, RIP160, SRC1, bHLHe42, bHLHe74
About this gene: The NCOA1 protein acts as a transcriptional coactivator for steroid and nuclear hormone receptors. The NCOA1 gene product belongs to the p160/steroid receptor coactivator family and like other family members has histone acetyltransferase activity and contains a nuclear localization signal, as well as bHLH and PAS domains. The product of NCOA1 binds nuclear receptors directly and stimulates the transcriptional activities in a hormone-dependent fashion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8648; HGNC ID: HGNC:7668; UniProt: Q15788; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003743.5; Chromosome location: 2p23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
