About this gene: The NCF4 protein is a cytosolic regulatory component of the superoxide-producing phagocyte NADPH-oxidase, a multicomponent enzyme system important for host defense. The NCF4 protein is preferentially expressed in cells of myeloid lineage. The NCF4 gene product interacts primarily with neutrophil cytosolic factor 2 to form a complex with neutrophil cytosolic factor 1, which further interacts with the small G protein RAC1 and translocates to the membrane upon cell stimulation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
