SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NCBP2 (nuclear cap binding protein subunit 2, also called NIP1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NCBP2 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear cap binding protein subunit 2
Also known as: CBC2, CBP20, NIP1, PIG55
About this gene: The product of NCBP2 is a component of the nuclear cap-binding protein complex, which binds to the monomethylated 5' cap of nascent pre-mRNA in the nucleoplasm. The NCBP2 protein has an RNP domain commonly found in RNA binding proteins, and contains the cap-binding activity. The CBC promotes pre-mRNA splicing, 3'-end processing, RNA nuclear export, and nonsense-mediated mRNA decay.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22916; HGNC ID: HGNC:7659; UniProt: P52298; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007362.5; Chromosome location: 3q29
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
