SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NCAPH2 (non-SMC condensin II complex subunit H2, also called hCAP-H2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NCAPH2 qPCR Primer Set – non-SMC condensin II complex subunit H2
Also known as: CAPH2
About this gene: NCAPH2 encodes one of the non-SMC subunits of the condensin II complex. This complex plays an essential role in mitotic chromosome assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29781; HGNC ID: HGNC:25071; UniProt: Q6IBW4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_152299.4; Chromosome location: 22q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
