SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NCAPG2 (non-SMC condensin II complex subunit G2, also called CAP-G2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NCAPG2 qPCR Primer Set – non-SMC condensin II complex subunit G2
Also known as: 3KS, CAP-G2, CAPG2, LUZP5, MTB, hCAP-G2
About this gene: NCAPG2 encodes a protein that belongs to the Condensin2nSMC family of proteins. The NCAPG2 protein is a regulatory subunit of the condensin II complex which, along with the condensin I complex, is involved in chromosome assembly and segregation during mitosis. A similar protein in mouse is required for early development of the embryo.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54892; HGNC ID: HGNC:21904; UniProt: Q86XI2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017760.7; Chromosome location: 7q36.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
