About this gene: NBPF3 belongs to the neuroblastoma breakpoint family which consists of dozens of recently duplicated genes primarily located in segmental duplications on human chromosome 1. NBPF3 family has experienced its greatest expansion within the human lineage and has expanded, to a lesser extent, among primates in general. Members of NBPF3 family are characterized by tandemly repeated copies of DUF1220 protein domains.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
