About this gene: NBL1 product is the founding member of the evolutionarily conserved CAN family of proteins, which contain a domain resembling the CTCK motif found in a number of signaling molecules. These proteins are secreted, and act as BMP antagonists by binding to BMPs and preventing them from interacting with their receptors. They may thus play an important role during growth and development.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
