About this gene: NAV3 belongs to the neuron navigator family and is expressed predominantly in the nervous system. The NAV3 protein contains coiled-coil domains and a conserved AAA domain characteristic for ATPases linked to a variety of cellular activities. NAV3 is similar to unc-53, a Caenorhabditis elegans gene involved in axon guidance.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
