SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NAA20 (N-alpha-acetyltransferase 20, NatB catalytic subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NAA20 qPCR Primer Set – N-alpha-acetyltransferase 20, NatB catalytic subunit
Also known as: MRT73, NAT3, NAT3P, NAT5, NAT5P, dJ1002M8.1
About this gene: NAT5 is a component of N-acetyltransferase complex B. Human NatB performs cotranslational N-terminal acetylation of methionine residues when they are followed by asparagine.[supplied by OMIM, Apr 2009].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51126; HGNC ID: HGNC:15908; UniProt: P61599; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016100.5; Chromosome location: 20p11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
