Human NAA60 qPCR Primer Set – N-alpha-acetyltransferase 60, NatF catalytic subunit

Also known as: HAT4, IBGC9, NAT15, NatF, hNaa60

About this gene: NAA60 encodes a enzyme that localizes to the Golgi apparatus, where it transfers an acetyl group to the N-terminus of free proteins. This enzyme acts on histones, and its activity is important for chromatin assembly and chromosome integrity.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79903; HGNC ID: HGNC:25875; UniProt: Q9H7X0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001083601.3; Chromosome location: 16p13.3

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
