SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NAA40 (N-alpha-acetyltransferase 40, NatD catalytic subunit, also called NatD) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NAA40 qPCR Primer Set – N-alpha-acetyltransferase 40, NatD catalytic subunit
Also known as: NAT11, NatD, PATT1, hNatD
About this gene: NAA40 enables histone H2A acetyltransferase activity; histone H4 acetyltransferase activity; and protein N-terminal-serine acetyltransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in chromatin remodeling. It is predicted to act upstream of or within lipid metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79829; HGNC ID: HGNC:25845; UniProt: Q86UY6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024771.4; Chromosome location: 11q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
