SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NARS1 (asparaginyl-tRNA synthetase 1, also called AsnRS) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NARS1 qPCR Primer Set – asparaginyl-tRNA synthetase 1
Also known as: ASNRS, NARS, NEDMILEG, NEDMILG
About this gene: Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are a class of enzymes that charge tRNAs with their cognate amino acids. Asparaginyl-tRNA synthetase is localized to the cytoplasm and belongs to the class II family of tRNA synthetases. The N-terminal domain represents the signature sequence for the eukaryotic asparaginyl-tRNA synthetases.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4677; HGNC ID: HGNC:7643; UniProt: O43776; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004539.4; Chromosome location: 18q21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
