SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ICE2 (interactor of little elongation complex ELL subunit 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ICE2 qPCR Primer Set – interactor of little elongation complex ELL subunit 2
Also known as: BRCC1, NARG2
About this gene: ICE2 encodes a protein component of the little elongation complex, which is involved in small nuclear RNA transcription. The LEC regulates snRNA transcription by enhancing both RNA Polymerase II occupancy and transcriptional elongation. The ICE2 protein and other LEC components have been shown to localize to Cajal bodies, which are sites of ribonucleoprotein complex assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79664; HGNC ID: HGNC:29885; UniProt: Q659A1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024611.6; Chromosome location: 15q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
