SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human POLR1G (RNA polymerase I subunit G, also called A34.5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human POLR1G qPCR Primer Set – RNA polymerase I subunit G
Also known as: ASE-1, ASE1, CAST, CD3EAP, PAF49, RPA34
About this gene: POLR1G enables RNA binding activity. It is involved in transcription elongation by RNA polymerase I and transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter. Implicated in multiple myeloma.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10849; HGNC ID: HGNC:24219; UniProt: O15446; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012099.3; Chromosome location: 19q13.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
