About this gene: NAPB belongs to the soluble N-ethyl-maleimide-sensitive fusion attachment protein family. NAPB encodes a SNAP beta isoform which is reported to be preferentially expressed in brain tissue. The NAPB protein also interacts with the GluR2 α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionate receptor subunit C-terminus and may play a role as a chaperone in the molecular processing of the AMPA receptor.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
