SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NAPA (NSF attachment protein alpha, also called SNAP-alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NAPA qPCR Primer Set – NSF attachment protein alpha
Also known as: SNAPA
About this gene: NAPA belongs to the soluble NSF attachment protein family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8775; HGNC ID: HGNC:7641; UniProt: P54920; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003827.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.32-q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
