About this gene: NLRP2 belongs to the nucleotide-binding and leucine-rich repeat receptor family, and is predicted to contain an N-terminal pyrin effector domain, a centrally-located nucleotide-binding and oligomerization domain and C-terminal leucine-rich repeats. Members of NLRP2 family are thought to be important regulators of immune responses. NLRP2 product interacts with components of the IkB kinase complex, and can regulate both caspase-1 and NF-kB (nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells) activity.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
