About this gene: NLRP1 belongs to the Ced-4 family of apoptosis proteins. Ced-family members contain a caspase recruitment domain and are known to be key mediators of programmed cell death. What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
