SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NAGA (alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NAGA qPCR Primer Set – alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase
Also known as: D22S674, GALB
About this gene: NAGA encodes the lysosomal enzyme alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase, which cleaves alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminyl moieties from glycoconjugates. Mutations in NAGA have been identified as the cause of Schindler disease types I and II.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4668; HGNC ID: HGNC:7631; UniProt: P17050; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000262.3; Chromosome location: 22q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
