Human LINC00312 qPCR Primer Set – long independently transcribed non-coding RNA 312
Also known as: ERR-10, ERR10, LMCD1DN, LOH3CR2A, NAG-7, NAG7, NCRNA00312
About this gene: LINC00312 produces an intronless transcript that is believed to function as a tumor suppressor. This transcript is downregulated in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and is a negative regulator of estrogen receptor signaling. A common polymorphism in this transcript allows the production of a 94 aa open reading frame in some individuals, which may interact directly with estrogen receptor 1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29931; HGNC ID: HGNC:6662; Chromosome location: 3p25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
