About this gene: ASCL2 belongs to the basic helix-loop-helix family of transcription factors. The ASCL2 gene product activates transcription by binding to the E box. Dimerization with other BHLH proteins is required for efficient DNA binding.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
