SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NACA (nascent polypeptide associated complex subunit alpha, also called NAC-alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NACA qPCR Primer Set – nascent polypeptide associated complex subunit alpha
Also known as: HSD48, NAC-alpha, NACA1, skNAC
About this gene: NACA encodes a protein that associates with basic transcription factor 3 to form the nascent polypeptide-associated complex. This complex binds to nascent proteins that lack a signal peptide motif as they emerge from the ribosome, blocking interaction with the signal recognition particle and preventing mistranslocation to the endoplasmic reticulum. The NACA protein is an IgE autoantigen in atopic dermatitis patients.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4666; HGNC ID: HGNC:7629; UniProt: Q13765; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001365896.1; Chromosome location: 12q13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
