SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ASCC2 (activating signal cointegrator 1 complex subunit 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ASCC2 qPCR Primer Set – activating signal cointegrator 1 complex subunit 2
Also known as: ASC1p100, p100
About this gene: ASCC2 enables K63-linked polyubiquitin modification-dependent protein binding activity. It is involved in regulation of DNA-templated transcription; rescue of stalled cytosolic ribosome; and ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Is active in cytosolic ribosome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84164; HGNC ID: HGNC:24103; UniProt: Q9H1I8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032204.5; Chromosome location: 22q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
