SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MYO7A (myosin VIIA) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MYO7A qPCR Primer Set – myosin VIIA
Also known as: DFNA11, DFNB2, MYOVIIA, MYU7A, NSRD2, USH1B
About this gene: MYO7A belongs to the myosin gene family. Myosins are mechanochemical proteins characterized by the presence of a motor domain, an actin-binding domain, a neck domain that interacts with other proteins, and a tail domain that serves as an anchor. MYO7A encodes a unconventional myosin with a very short tail.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4647; HGNC ID: HGNC:7606; UniProt: Q13402; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000260.4; Chromosome location: 11q13.5
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
