SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MYO1F (myosin IF, also called Myosin-1F) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MYO1F qPCR Primer Set – myosin IF
About this gene: Myosins are molecular motors that use the energy from ATP hydrolysis to generate force on actin filaments. The MYO1F protein is an unconventional myosin that may be involved in the intracellular movement of membrane-enclosed compartments. There is evidence to suggest that mutations in MYO1F can result in hearing loss.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4542; HGNC ID: HGNC:7600; UniProt: O00160; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012335.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
